Footballer Wife Holly McGuire Arrested
Footballers’ Wives show fame, British TV star Holly McGuire had been arrested on Sunday on charges of drug dealing, illegal growing of cannabis plants and money laundering.
The British actress was upon $8,268 bail. She was arrested for her involvement in drug deals, cultivation of cannabis and some money laundering as well according to British police.
The 31-year-old had been arrested after cops found approximately $250,000 worth of cocaine (3 kilos of cocaine hidden in bedroom wardrobe) and also factory of cannabis plants in an old house in Homechurch. The cops also found $198,445 in cash in a trunk.
According to The Mail the police said that Holly McGuire had been living with her friend, 37-year-old Steven Brace. Steven was also taken to custody and he was alleged with giving her the cocaine which was found hidden in her bedroom, and also helping her in illegally growing the cannabis plants (about 56 in number).
Police detected that the duo rerouted power line into the house so as to power the UV lamps needed for growing the marijuana. The actress also defaulted to pay for the power service so used.
Holly McGuire; however, was charged under her real name Victoria Yallop. She was freed on $8,268 but was asked to observe a 12-hour curfew (evening 6 to morning 6) and was required to be at address in Grays, Essex.
